Sanitary Stainless Steel Filter Press

The Ultimate Standard for Hygiene and Corrosion Resistance

When product purity is non-negotiable, standard carbon steel equipment simply isn’t enough. Our Stainless Steel Filter Press is manufactured entirely from high-grade SUS304 or SUS316L.

Whether you are filtering edible oils, pharmaceutical intermediates, or corrosive acids, this machine ensures zero contaminationeasy sterilization, and absolute compliance with GMP and FDA standards.

Why Choose Full Stainless Steel?

While carbon steel presses are cheaper, they corrode and can contaminate sensitive products. Our Stainless Steel series offers:

1. Superior Corrosion Resistance:

  • Resists attack from acids, alkalis, solvents, and chlorides.
  • Ideal for pH 1-14 environments where painted steel would fail.

2. Sanitary Design (GMP Compliant):

  • All contact surfaces are polished (Ra < 0.8µm optional).
  • No dead angles or crevices for bacteria to hide.
  • Easy to clean (CIP – Clean In Place compatible) and sterilize.

3. High Temperature Tolerance:

  • Maintains structural integrity at temperatures up to 150°C – 300°C (depending on filter plate material).

4. Aesthetic Appeal:

  • A clean, modern look that fits perfectly in laboratory or cleanroom environments.

Material Options: Customized to Your Needs

We offer two grades of stainless steel to match your specific application:

  • SUS304 (Standard): Excellent for most food and beverage applications, weak acids, and general chemical processing.
  • SUS316L (Premium): Added Molybdenum for superior resistance to chlorides (salt), strong acids, and high temperatures. Essential for pharmaceutical and marine applications.

Note: You can choose Full Stainless Steel (Frame + Plates) or Stainless Steel Clad (Carbon steel core with SS cover) for cost savings.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Yes. We offer a Plate and Frame version of the stainless steel press specifically designed for holding filter paper or cardboard pads for ultra-fine filtration (0.2 – 1 micron).

A: The hydraulic cylinder body can be clad in stainless steel, and the oil tank can be made of SS304. The internal piston rod is typically hard chrome plated for durability.

A: We sandblast and polish all stainless steel surfaces. For pharma applications, we can provide Mirror Polishing (Ra < 0.4µm) upon request.
