Filter Press Animation
The filter press is a common piece of equipment used to separate solid from liquid substances. It is used in many situations, so how does it work? The following videos will show you how a filter press works. They include a filter press working animation, a quick opening filter press animation, an animation of a mud storage tank, and more.
Filter Press Working Process Amination
Quick Opening Filter Press Animation
The animations above show how the filter press works. The following videos will show you how each part of the filter press works. These videos will answer any questions you may have about the filter press.
Mud Storage Tank Animation
The mud storage tank is usually placed under the filter press to collect the filter cake that falls through. When the filter cake reaches the discharge standard, the mud storage hopper is opened to release the water.
Hopper Running Animation
A hopper is a container used to store filter cakes that have been dropped. After the filter press finishes filtering, open the filter plate and start unloading the filter cake. The filter cake, which is made of fallen leaves, is collected in the hopper and then moved to other places by the conveyor belt below.
Drip Tray Animation
The drip tray is a device that collects water. It is installed under the filter press. When the filter press is working, the drip tray is closed, and the filtrate that is leaking flows into the collecting tank along its edge. When the filter press stops working, it opens up so that the filter cakes can fall into the mud storage tank.
Diaphragm Squeezing Animation
The material goes into the diaphragm filter press, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth, and the filter cake remains on the filter cloth. When the filter cake fills the filter chamber, compressed air is blown into the diaphragm plate for secondary compression. This reduces the moisture content of the filter cake.
Varicose Structure Animation
The plate shifter pulls open the filter plate, and the vibration mechanism hits the filter cloth rod. After being rapped, the filter cloth rod moves downward, which makes the filter cloth shake strongly. This forceps the filter cake to fall. After the filter cake falls, the filter cloth and rod are reset by the varicose spring. This allows the filter cake to fall quickly.
Sliding Filter Cloth Animation
When the filter press unloads the filter cake, all filter plates open at the same time. The filter cloth sends power through a dual-axis motor transmission combination. The upper and lower pivots at both ends hold the filter cloth in place and rotate around the axis as the motor turns forward and backward. The filter cake falls off easily as the filter cloth rotates, and the filter cloth is cleaned at the same time.
Parallel Bars Water Flushing Animation
Horizontal bar water flushing uses a horizontal bar and a nozzle. During water flushing, the nozzle moves up and down between the two filter plates to clean them. This process continues until all the filter plates are clean.
Horizontal Bar Water Flushing Animation
Parallel-bar water flushing involves two horizontal bars with nozzles. During water flushing, two nozzles move up and down on both sides of a filter plate at the same time to clean it. This continues until all filter plates are cleaned.
